1. Before you make an appointment we suggest you browse through our portfolio of previous designs to help you decide on your own jewellery preference.
2. Should we need more information from you regarding the design, we will get in touch with you before we start the design process.
3. You will receive a professional design within 3-6 working days from the date of confirmation, based on the specifications you have provided. You will then be able to review and share your feedback towards the final design. We will make sure you love the design!
4. All amendments will be made and the final design will be sent to you for approval before the design goes into production.
5. To help you determine your exact size, we have provided you with a size chart. Please contact us if you need help figuring out your size or click here
6. Once payment is confirmed for your order, you will receive an order confirmation by email. You have the option to cancel your order and receive a full refund up to 24 hours of a confirmed order. While changes cannot be made after 24 hours of a confirmed order, please make sure to choose the exact carat and specifications you want. After the expiry of this period, it will not be possible to amend the size as the piece has gone into production to be especially curated for you and personalised with love.
7. On the basis of the approved and confirmed design, your jewellery is hand-made by the House of Flourish team of expert craftsmen. You can expect your unique piece to be ready between 3 to 6 weeks (depending upon the complexity of design) from the date of confirmation.
8. Prices indicated are fairly accurate. Please note that depending on the complexity of product design at the time of production, the price may vary slightly to the one indicated. In each such case, you will be notified.
9. You will receive regular updates as your unique House of Flourish piece is crafted and prepared for dispatch to you.
10. We assure a timely delivery of your order, in case of an inadvertent delay, the same shall be notified to you.
11. We take our promise to design your dream piece very seriously. If for any unfortunate reason we cannot fulfil the order or process it, you will be notified within 7 working days and the payment will be returned in full.
